The Charlotte 2020 rental market is exceeding expectations in the first quarter. The data reflects a year over year increase in leased homes for both January and February. 102 more homes were leased in February than in January of this year, and we saw a 30% increase in homes leased this February than last. Monthly rental rates are continuing to increase from month to month with an average increase from $1498 in January to $1546 in February.
