Our property management services are designed to meet individual accounting and finance needs of each of our property management clients. My Home Leasing employs in-office administrative and accounting support to ensure that all property funds are in order and readily available.
We Trust or Escrow account and comply with all North Carolina Real Estate Commission guidelines for security deposits and rental proceeds. Maintenance fees are billed from rental proceeds when sufficient and applicable. All management and leasing fees are also deducted from rental proceeds. All deductions are itemized and made available to each owner. MHL will also assist with your tax accounting process by delivering year end income statements to each owner.
We offer online bill pay options for tenants to help ensure expedited rental payments on each property we manage. In addition we are set up to direct deposit rental proceeds into each landlord’s bank account of choice.
