Security Deposit

Once notified that your application has been approved, you will receive lease documents by email using digital signature technology. The security deposit will be due with the signed lease. The security deposit MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A CERTIFIED CASHIER’S/BANK CHECK. DO NOT include rent monies with your security deposit. All security deposits are to be made payable to “My Townhome” and must reference the rental property address in the memo line.
