First Rental Payment

Regardless of your move in date, payment equal to one month’s rent will be due no later than the day you pick up keys. FIRST MONTH’S RENT MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A CERTIFIED CASHIER’S/BANK CHECK. If your move in date is other than the 1st of the month, your rent will be prorated in the second month.
