The application fee is $87 per applicant (age 18 and over).

Application fees are non-refundable.

Application fees are used to cover the cost of applicant screening and are non-refundable regardless of application outcome.

Your application will not be processed until the fee has been received.
Important: Before submitting an application, please confirm with the listing representative that the property you are applying for is still available.
Applicant Eligibility & Required Documentation
All applicants must meet the following requirements:

Each applicant must be 18 years of age or older

A valid Social Security Number is required for identity verification and applicant screening purposes, including credit and background checks

The following documentation must be submitted with your application:

Income verification by one of the following methods:
-
Connecting to your online bank account
-
Connecting to your online payroll provider
-
Uploading your most recent pay stubs

Government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or equivalent)

Property Availability During Application Review
Submitting an application does not reserve a property. The property will remain actively marketed until all of the following conditions are met:

Your application is approved

The security deposit is received in certified funds
-
The lease agreement has been fully executed by both the applicant(s) and the property owner
Applications are reviewed based on established screening criteria and subject to landlord approval.
Rental History Verification

Prior rental history is verified as part of the application process.

Approval timelines may vary depending on the responsiveness of previous landlords.

Delays related to third-party verifications are outside of management’s control.
